Our roots
Before I became a chef, I used to be an actress on stage and on film. I often had terrible experiences with unhealthy, unreliable catering services that were provided, so I turned my passion into a business and began cooking on film sets, commercial shoots and various events.
That was 25 years ago. In that time, I’ve come to realise that nothing beats fresh and seasonal food that is put together with love.
